Do I need an account to place an order?

No, all you need is an email address to place and track orders. To checkout faster, access your wishlist and order updates, we recommend setting up a GEMY & AMBER  account.

If you create a GEMY & AMBER account and place an order, you'll be automatically enrolled in our mailing list that you will receive notification when we receive new unique kilim patterns.

I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

Follow the forgot your password link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

How do I receive GEMY & AMBER  email updates?

Stay informed of new arrivals, trends and exclusive promotions by entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage. You can manage your email preferences in your account.

How do I place an order on your website?

Here’s how:

Choose a category the navigation menu or  go to shop to see all kilim motifs 

Select your desired item and click Add To Bag. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout

Sign in to your account or, if you've not yet created one, continue via guest checkout

Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to place your order. We'll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and sent to you, with updates every step of the way.

How do I choose my size? 

Gemy & Amber's kilim shoes fit true to size. We only make whole sizes, so if you wear a half size, we recommend sizing down to guarantee a secure fit around the heel and prevent slippage. The wool upper will stretch slightly to create a unique fit. 

Do you make half sizes?

We only produce Whole sizes. If any Person who wears size 39,5 Should purchase size 39.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Standard shipping inside Sweden (estimated 2-5 days) is free on orders of SEK 1800.-  or more.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship using PostNord, UPS, and Instabox. We employ tracking numbers on all packages. We will mail your order for free using the least expensive way. If you prefer faster delivery, we can help you, but there will be a charge for expedited shipping.

I see pair of shoes I really like but the website indicates it is out of stock. Can I get a pair like just it?

Each pair is one-of-a-kind and cannot be identically duplicated to an already sold Pair. However, we can come back to you with a similar new product. You can always send us an email if you want to make a special request—we’ll try our best to uniquify you : info@gemyandamber.com 

Do you make other sizes not available as default?

Our standard sizing on all are listed in the shop. Please know we do not stock sizes smaller than 37 -  OR bigger than 46. However, we can custom-make you a Unique pair in 6 weeks for an additional $80 per item.

Can I cancel my GEMY & AMBER   order or make changes to it?

Yes, you may be able to cancel some items before we prepare your order. Head to Orders & Returns, or if you placed an order as a guest and want to make changes, enter your guest order details here

You can't add items to an existing order, but you can place a new order for any additional pieces. For more information, view our Orders & Deliveries page

Are my personal details safe?

Absolutely. We keep your personal information confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted. For further details, view the GEMY & AMBER  Privacy Policy here.

Can I reserve an item to buy later?

We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are often limited, we don't offer reservations.

Are GEMY & AMBER  items guaranteed authentic?

Our offering is expertly curated, and all our items are guaranteed authentic.

What is Gemy & Amber’s returns policy?

If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the item's fit, we’re happy to exchange it for a different size from our current stock in 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached (if applicable). 

We offer a refund on any items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date, excluding any delivery costs. You can use our Free Collection service to return any unwanted items.

Our payment provider will use the email address you provided at checkout and email you as soon as your refund has been processed.
